Three possibles who come to mind: Ken Williams, Cy Williams, Rogers Hornsby

Cy Williams and Rogers Hornsby are correct.  They were the 2nd and 3rd men to do it.  Ken Wililams ended his career with 196 HR.

Next question—who was the 2nd non-HoF to his 200 HRs?  Cy Williams of course was the first.
