Can somebody please explain to me why the Cubs had a Babe Ruth Jersey Day on Friday where they were giving out replicas of Ruth’s 1932 jersey?  Why honor a legendary moment in the game that happened against you?  I understand that the called shot happened at Wrigley, but why do we feel the need to honor the opposition like that?  It seems silly at best, and disrespectful of Cubs fans at its worst.

It’s almost as bad as the Cubs congratulating the Sox last season on the marquee out front.

Not as disrespectful as using “Neifi” and “winning” in the same sentence without it being a joke.

It doesn’t matter if you’re white, or black, or a sasquatch even!  As long as you follow your dreams, no matter how crazy or illegal they may be.

Unless you’re a sasquatch.  If you’re a sasquatch then the rules are different.
