I am doing some research about baseball in the 1980’s.  Part of my research is related to rule changes from the mid 80’s through today.  At our local library I have seen the typical books like “MLB: The Official rules of Baseball - 2002”, but I have not been able to find data relating to specific changes.  I have also seen a few books that show rule changes from the 1800’s through the early 80’s.  Good books, but not what I am looking for.  Any help will be much appreciated.

Total Baseball, in its various editions, listed a timeline of rules changes and other related matters. What are you looking for specifically?
