Funny quote from Diaz after the game last night.

“I hope this will help me fit in a little more,” he said. “I’m around guys now who are used to winning. I’ve played with the Royals and the Devils Rays. Sometimes, it feels like people are looking and you and thinking, ‘Does he know anything about winning?”

I find it hard to believe that Chipper is staring at people with a querulous look in his eye.

Great stuff almost getting back to .500 though. Wish I had been able to folllow the game.

I listened to a bit of the game on my way home from work (Ken Ray’s inning) and then caught the very end of it.  Nice comeback in the bottom of the 11th - that’s the sort of thing that’s been missing this season.  Even if it’s not a trend or anything, it’s nice to see.
