There will be no playing Baseball Mogul during tonight's game.
   3. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 09:55 PM (#2756668)
Murphy against a righty. Is the Jack Hannahan era endangered?
   4. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:07 PM (#2756695)
When's Chavez coming back?

...Is Chavez coming back?
   5. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:08 PM (#2756698)
Shooting for some point in May.
   6. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:33 PM (#2756731)
Productive out.
   7. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:43 PM (#2756748)
The game is going on and mlb.tv isn't working for me. Anyone else?
   8. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:45 PM (#2756754)
I had to log out and log back in.
   9. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:54 PM (#2756785)
Ya, I've had to do that a few times. It's sort of working now. Thanks.

Oh, and Sweeney! Not so fast Frank Thomas.
   10. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:57 PM (#2756794)
Rotoworld said the A's had a deal in place with Thomas but that another team made an offer before it was signed.
   11. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 10:58 PM (#2756798)
Why is Cust hitting ground balls? He should know better.
   12. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:00 PM (#2756804)
Yes I'm not clear what the next step is with Thomas. Is someone really going to pay more than $8MM?
   13. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:05 PM (#2756808)
It's gotta be something else; a "better" team or an option for next year or something.
   14. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:06 PM (#2756810)
There is no better team.
   15. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:06 PM (#2756811)
Could be a "better" team, a team with no competition for at bats, or something of that sort. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.
   16. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:09 PM (#2756815)
Haren is not having a good night in LA.
   17. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:10 PM (#2756817)
News flash: players play better in wins than in losses
   18. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:11 PM (#2756819)
"Jaymee" is just unacceptable.
   19. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:15 PM (#2756828)
Jaymee Ong's done allright with it.
   20. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:20 PM (#2756852)
Boof seems to have settled down. I disapprove heartily.
   21. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:44 PM (#2756939)
Does Chadwick get through seven in fewer pitches than Maddux?
   22. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:44 PM (#2756943)
I'm worried about the psychic link I'm apparently developing with Fosse.
   23. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:45 PM (#2756945)
Probably not, after the Young single.
   24. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:46 PM (#2756951)
Bud Black lifted Maddux for a pinch-hitter? WTF?
   25. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:47 PM (#2756952)
Get foul!
   26. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:47 PM (#2756953)
He wants to give Bell and Hoffman a chance to blow it.
   27. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:47 PM (#2756957)
#### you, Emil Brown.
   28. Dan Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:48 PM (#2756963)
You suck Brown.

Seriously though, Maddux was at 75 pitches, and I don't even think anyone was on base. Stupid. Even if they close it out, it's using your bullpen unnecessarily.
   29. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:51 PM (#2756969)
Love you, Chadwick.
   30. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 23, 2008 at 11:58 PM (#2756991)
I like these 1968 uniforms.
   31. Dan Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:01 AM (#2756999)
Gaudin for the 8th or Embree?
   32. Dan Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:02 AM (#2757002)
Guess it's Embree.
   33. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:04 AM (#2757004)
I'd have left Chad in, unless he's tweaked something.
   34. Dan Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:05 AM (#2757006)
Yeah, I would have left him in, at least until he allowed a baserunner.
   35. Dan Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:07 AM (#2757009)
Embree looked good there.
   36. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:09 AM (#2757011)
Let's quickly trade him.
   37. Dan Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:12 AM (#2757015)
Sweeney feeling the heat from the Thomas rumors, apparently.
   38. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:12 AM (#2757016)
What in the name of Mrs. Fields...?
   39. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:12 AM (#2757017)
Mike Sweeney, ladies and gentlemen.
   40. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:17 AM (#2757020)
Did you mean Molina's HR?
   41. Dan Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:18 AM (#2757021)
Hoffman blew #350. Solo home run for Molina. Good job, Bud Black!
   42. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:21 AM (#2757023)
Why play the OFs deep with a three run lead?
   43. Ivan Grushenko of HK in Tokyo Posted: April 24, 2008 at 12:24 AM (#2757025)
Yea. A win.
   44. Greg Maddux School of Reflexive Profanity Posted: April 24, 2008 at 02:55 PM (#2757518)
Are we getting fresh Chatters, or am I posting the lineup at the underground bunker today?
