what a game last night. wainwright pitched really well -- you should have seen how he froze loney with that curveball when he struck him out -- and ryan's homer was an absolute bomb to straightaway center. my seat was the perfect vantage point to see it, field level on the first base side. it looked like a giant rainbow in flight.
the weather was unbelievably bad, esp. for L.A. rain delay in the ninth, and of course my gf loses patience and makes me take her home. scattered showers for today, supposed to be clearing up tonite, so it should be better. and i'm not taking my gf ... so i'll be there, guys. enjoy.

The only channel I'm getting right now - literally, the only one - is Lifetime. Lifetime! White Oleander is correctly rated as not a good movie.
