Election Results: Clarkson is the Clear Front-Runner Among the Pitchers of 1871-92!
With almost 100% support, John Clarkson was deemed head and shoulders above the other five hurlers from this group.

With various ways to go with the 2-3-4 logjam and the sense that the top-to-bottom differences in this group weren't large, the consensus scores were lower than most of our other positional rankings. The three people listed with scores of 78 had the highest possible consensus score (and were identical to each other). The mean score was 66.

For one item that can't be read off the vote chart above, we have that Keefe was placed higher than Radbourn on 15 of the 25 ballots, with Radbourn ahead of Keefe on the other 10.
More people believed Radbourn was a top-4 guy, of course.
