My name is Joe Bost and I live and work in San Diego, Ca currently. I love the game of baseball and just recently finished up a Baseball GM and Scouting Course through Sports Management Worldwide. The class was awesome, it really gave me an inside look at the business of baseball as well as sabermetrics and other management options in baseball. During the class I was fortunate enough to be able to catch up with Neal Huntington of the Pirates, Frank Wren of the Braves, Chris Buckley of the Reds, Eric Kubota of the Oakland Athletics, and Mark Scialabba of the Washington Nationals. They all were very helpful and gave me some great insight into the game of baseball. Now I am trying to get people to read my blog. It is very simple I like to talk about anything baseball related. From maple bats to sabermetrics to books that I would recommend. My goal is to one day become a General Manager for a Major League Club and am actively trying to get a job in Major League Baseball.
