Kaz Matsui is rehabbing at Norfolk after playing a couple of games for St. Lucie.
Milwaukee promoted P Mike Meyers to Nashville and added P Russ Rohlicek to Huntsville's roster as a replacement.
Washington promoted P Jim Henderson to Potomac (where he started the year) and replaced him on Savannah's roster with P Bryan Lambert. The Nats also sent Robert Fick to Harrisburg on rehab, sent P Anastacio Martinez up to New Orleans from the Senators (which scratches him as tonight's starter there), and promoted P Dan Kolb (not that one) from Potomac to Harrisburg.
Marshall McDougall went back on the DL at Oklahoma, along with P Jayson Durocher. INF Jace Brewer was promoted from Frisco and C Justin Hatcher from Bakersfield to fill out the RedHawk roster.
Midland OF Steve Stanley and P Matt Lynch retired. Oakland promoted OF Matt Allgra from Stockton to replace Stanley, and the RockHounds activated P Alex Santos from the DL.
The Orioles recalled OF Val Majewski from Ottawa to replace David Newhan. RHP Brian Bowles was acquired from extended spring to replace Majewski on the Lynx roster, likely just for a spot start in tonight's DH.
Atlanta promoted P Phil Stockman (another Aussie, although signed before the WBC unlike Moylan) from Mississippi to Richmond.
Kevin Appier is expected to join Tacoma today.
Juan Gonzalez might be headed to the Atlantic League; he's received no more than minor league offers from the Rockies and BoSox.

Matt Wilkerson made his full season debut for Quad Cities today.
I've now attended four games this season. Three of them ended with 3-2 scores, and the fourth game was 3-2 headed into the ninth inning.
