MLB.com: Richard solid, but White Sox fall
[Clayton Richard] might have suffered the loss during a 5-1 setback before 52,671 at Yankee Stadium, but Richard pitched like a seasoned pro over 6 2/3 innings, giving up just five hits and striking out five, including Derek Jeter, Bobby Abreu and Alex Rodriguez twice.
MLB.com: Late mistakes continue to haunt Twins
Late-game mistakes by the Twins have been repeatedly costly during their current four-game losing streak. That was the case again on Wednesday night, as Minnesota suffered a 6-4 loss to the Indians at Progressive Field, completing the series sweep.

Maybe we're going the way of the 2006 Cardinals?
This has got to be the worst middle relief I've seen on a contender in sometime. When Mike Macdougal is brought in the bottom of the 7th of a 1-1 game, you've got major problems.
What happened to Carrasco? he at least threw strikes.
Carrasco's numbers in Sept. - 6.2 IP, 7 R, 11 H, 4 BB, 5 K.
Whatever he was using to get batters out in July and August, it stopped working in September.
Um, sorry - you don't even have the worst middle relief of a contending (and I use that term lightly because the Twins season is D-U-N) team in the AL Central.
