SportsTicker: Rangers RHP Jennings leaves game

Texas Rangers starter Jason Jennings left Tuesday’s contest against the Kansas City Royals in the third inning with an irritated ulnar nerve in his right arm.

Jennings was roughed up for five runs and eight hits with a walk and no strikeouts in just two-plus innings.

Scott Feldman replaced Jennings on the mound..

Yea, giving up five runs to the Royals would irritate my ulnar nerve too.

OK Jason...it was a nice try...really, it was...but time for you to go back to the 60-day DL and see who's available in the minors to pitch more than 3 innings every 5th game...

Is Wade Miller available? Could we get Zito and $90M from the Giants for a 27-year-old A-baller to be named later?

Who's left out of the DVD rotation of the future?
Let's see, Danks is dealing in Chicago, Volquez is dealing in Cincinnati. That leaves Thomas Diamond. How is he doing?

Diamond had Tommy John, and is on the 60-day DL currently.

So at least he's accruing MLB service time.

Question for Giants fans. If you could trade Zito and have that team take 40 million of the contract, thus paying 70 million, would you do it? (And get nothing back)
