I think not. The ones I caught that deep in the pocket were almost always short hops. The clean catches were in the webbing.

1. He's giving a thumbs-up, so naturally - because no player would deceive us from the obvious truth - he must have caught it.

2. Apparently Martin, his teammate, is reaching for an "award-winning service" emblem to give him. This is a sure sign that it was caught.
