How can it be unconstitutional to rid the earth of these people when it promises life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Don't touch the kids!

I've come to terms with the fact that people can do really terrible things. I skip the usual headlines; why rehash the same old crap? This story was worth reading, though -- it had that spark of something more. Good writing, however creepy.
As for #3, any time you want to try draconian norms of justice, feel free to move to Saudi Arabia.

#3 - the original Constitution also had provision for chattel slavery. There was, like, a war over that, or something.
