KM: Do you ever feel guilty in that you really work only once every five days?
CH: Oh, come on. I work in between starts. I chart what other pitchers throw to hitters.
KM: Watching from the dugout, how the hell do you know what pitch was thrown?
CH: You can kind of tell by the speed and by watching how the hitter swings.
KM: In other words, you’re just guessing.
CH: Of course. You just draw a nice little picture, and it looks like you’re being productive.
