I guess no clip exists of the full speech--this famous clip contains only the first and last sentences.
I could be misremembering, but I'm pretty sure that Jonathan Eig's Luckiest Man noted that no film exists of the entire speech.

No complete audio of the speech exists, either. Eig reports that only four sentences of Gehrig's speech survive on recordings.

I think that the lack of the whole speech is the reason that Gary Cooper's POTY speech is sometimes shown instead.

How is that even possible? There were at least 3 movie cameras there. They clearly knew it was important...why would you only save 2 sentences worth?
