This article on Tejada's court hearing leads off with his press conference in Houston today.

Tejada’s attorney, Mark Touhey, said the guilty plea “brings the matter to a conclusion.”
“There is no allegation of use of performance-enhancing substances by Mr. Tejada," Touhey said.
Touhey said he’s hopeful Tejada will receive probation and that it should have no impact on his immigration status and his desire for U.S. citizenship in the next few years.
