No, not Roger:
The St. Lucie Mets announced today that three-time Cy Young Award winner, Pedro Martinez will make a rehab start Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET against 2007 No. 1 overall Draft pick David Price and the Vero Beach Devil Rays at Tradition Field. This will be Martinez’s first official start since straining his left hamstring in his first start of the 2008 season with the New York Mets. Martinez will be going against Price, the highly touted Tampa Bay Rays prospect who made his professional debut last week. In his only start, Price earned the win after scattering three hits over five shutout innings.

Who gets sent down? It has to be Pelfrey. Vargas isn't anything special but I like his chances more than Pelfrey's right now.
Maybe I'm jumping the gun on Pedro. :-)
