Dirty Harry could have handled that with a sneer.
i've never felt threatened at dodger stadium, but every year it seems like something happens in the parking lot.
I've definitely noticed a different type of crowd at the Big A over the past 5 or 6 years.
Who walks TOWARDS the sound of gunshots?
Those who end up getting quoted in the newspapers, that's who. You think they're crazy? Yeah, crazy like a fox!
If you fear being shot in the back?
According to Cedric the Entertainer in the Kings of Comedy movie, white people. Though it doesn't sound like he was right this time.
That's a great bit- apparently this lady did need a Running Coordinator.
It is more than just that --- after 2002, the small crowds were gone and the drunks were more prevalent, but the vibe was friendly. That has changed in the last couple of years -- there is a certain meanness in the crowd on certain nights.
Lawyers?
That's just the passion being stoked by the intensity of the storied Angels-Rockies rivalry fostered by the glory of interleague play.
That's interesting. I'm there quite a bit and I haven't really noticed anything. I think you definitely have a lot more people and thus the potential for more holes, but I haven't really noticed any general change in attitude. It still seems pretty laid back to me. Of course, if you look around the stadium and you can't figure out who the ####### is...
Also, Artie has done a successful job marketing the team to Hispanics and changing the demographics of the fan base.
It seems like a lot more of those douchbag "bros" who go to the games. The guys who are tatted up, drive big trucks and try to mad dog you at all time. (My apology if this describes any of you) I'm pretty sure that's where most of the problems come from.

Wait, I thought we were talking about guys from Long Island here.
What's this mean? Guess the Nielsen ratings of major sporting events?
"Wimbledon, Mikey?"
"I dunno, Dawg, the Williams sisters got eliminated early. 1.6?"
I think they shove a bottle of strawberry-kiwi flavored alcohol in your face yelling "chug it, pansy".
sports flash.
It might not be the tats and the trucks, but there is definitely more mad dogging going on --- in my section at least. I don't know if it has something to so with the availability of season tickets through secondary markets these days, but it wasn't this way too long ago.
Staring someone down, usually until a physical confrontation occurs. It is ancient gang lingo.
I've also been told that you can use the term "ice grill" instead of "mad dog".
