Adam Dunn hit an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth for the go-ahead run off Tim Lincecum as the D-backs beat the Giants, 3-2, in front of 34,323 at Chase Field on Thursday night.

The Dbacks offense still sucks. It's a miracle they've won 4 straight games...
Unfortunately for AZ, they're 3 1/2 games back with 10 to play
And they're facing the Rockies (6) and Cards (4)
On the other hand, the Dodgers are facing the Giants (6) and Padres (3)
There is no race in the NL west, kids. The race ended 10 days ago
Arizona would have to win 8 of 10 just to force a tiebreaker in LA.
It's not in the bag, but I am confident.
He's amazing - and I hope Bochy doesn't kill him.

Well, again tonight he looked just fine in the eighth. I didn't see a significant drop in velocity -- in fact the next few pitches after Dunn's single were the hardest fastballs he threw all night.
