How can the Blue Jays realistically compete with the Red Sox and Yankees with Vernon Wells consuming so much of their payroll? The answer lies with Rockies GM Dan O’Dowd.

Even if you're new here you have no excuse for not knowing this rule, as it is instinctively obvious etiquette.
1 blog post, no comments by the person who submitted this article (and writes the blog it links to). Figures.
Burn him.
It's nice to see the Rockies get a little credit for what they've done. They have more work to do though. It's been a long time since they had 2 good seasons in a row, and a division title would be nice (they've never won one). Now is probably when it gets tempting to make those desperate FA signings.
They're going to re-sign Tracy. The grumblings about his micro-managing already started, though it doesn't seem he's been throwing any players under the bus or trying to bring extra attention to himself.
When he starts benching Fowler for AAAA Scrappy Dolittle, then it's on.
That's some brilliant analysis right there.
The CN tower is about 1800 feet tall, so they just have to extend it upwards by another 3200 feet and figure out how to balance a ballpark on the top.
Yes, for Scrappy Dolittle. Although Scrappy went on to hit over .300, so the move didn't raise an eyebrow.
When he's done with the important stuff like building a winning team, maybe he can press ownership to do something about the crappy uniforms. Something with blue as the dominant color would be a good starting point. How about a blue jay on the cap the way Baltimore has an oriole on theirs and a blue/white uniform (blue/grey on the road) with a large maple leaf on one of the sleeves. No stripes, crazy fonts, or multiple shades of blue. Make it clean and uncluttered like the Dodgers' uniform. As soon as one flicks the channel to one of their games, the uniform should shout out "Blue Jays" and "Canada" immediately. The uniform with a black cap and trim needs to go ASAP.
Your reaction to these incidents is rather alarming. Seek help. Failing that, point me to this rule you speak of.
YES YES YES
VERY interesting read, thanks for posting that link (way more interesting than the link-my-own-OP)
Also, your banner is similar to what a 12 year old would make in 1997
Wait, are the articles approved any more or is everything submitted? I don't mind self-linking if an "editor" clears the submission (to keep spam and relentless self-promoting to a minimum).
I really don't mind if the odd person does it once in a while. Unless there is a rule - in which case people should follow Jim's rules.
Why do you give a ####?
