Not many. But then, there aren't many home runs (or near-home runs) hit where replay is beneficial, either. As there was a potential run involved in the reviewed play, it was high-leverage and worth a closer look.
So now they can't complain when the umps get the call "right", but you can't complain when they get the call "wrong", either, lest you be seen as a bad sport.
The fact is, the umps blew this call, severely. And the team that lost nothing from that fact but still knows that the call was botched, should speak out. I applaud the Phillies for making an issue out of this.
