Who's better -- Cueto or Volquez?

The Reds think Cueto, who would've been ranked higher on all of the prospect lists if he wasn't 5'10". They're slotting him as the third starter and Volquez the fifth. Both throw in the mid-90s with some movement. Cueto has a solid slider and Volquez's changeup is supposed to be very good. I'm really looking forward to seeing both of them.
