The Texas Rangers on Thursday signed pitchers Derrick Turnbow, Casey Daigle and Elizardo Ramirez to minor league contracts.
Turnbow, who will turn 31 on January 25, has spent the last four seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers. He was limited to eight games last campaign due to shoulder problems.
An All-Star in 2005 when he notched a career-high 39 saves, Turnbow has not been the same pitcher since.
Talk about an understatement....
(and he was actually an All-Star in 2006, not 2005)
