You have a pretty high threshhold for mediocrity, methinks.
He's one of the top thousand people in the US at what he does. How many things can you say that about? And, of those things, how many do you feel mediocre in doing?

Is that quality or quantity? If it's quality only, then my answer is 0 and 0. If it's quality and quantity together, then it's 2 and 1. 3 and 1 if you don't include people in prison.

I'm not even old, and this makes me feel old. "There was once a pitcher" should be reserved for like Federal League players.
Quality. Of course, part of my ability to claim 1 is that fewer than 2500 Americans have active ratings in the area I'm discussing. I'm not naive enough to believe that only people with ratings are better than I am, but since they can't prove it...
