Randy Hundley caught in 160 games in 1968, starting 156. After which it was decreed that anyone named Hundley in the major leagues would have to be a catcher.

I don't have a list, but Sundberg played 140 or more six times, peaking at 155 (148 starts) in '75. He had 10 seasons of 130 or more. Ray Mueller of the '44 Reds holds the distinction of catching 155 games in a 154-game season.
