What does this mean? TFA doesn't explain it/
Baseball America had this in a 2003 article about Aaron Heilman:
He has a sound delivery, with an upside-down arm action (where he holds the ball below his elbow rather than above it in his delivery), which often spells trouble for repeating breaking balls.
His arm is literally upside down, with his fingers connected to his shoulder and his rotator cuff dangling at his side. I'm surprised no one noticed it until now.
