Yankee Stadium Gigapan

Here’s something interesting: A NASA level panoramic image of Yankee Stadium during the July 4th game against the Red Sox. Image so good you can zoom in and make out details on some individual faces in the crowd.

Is there any there?

As someone who attends games at both Yankee Stadium and Shea, the answer is Hell Yes. This is New York City, people. Please.

That being said, however, this is one of the creepiest ####### things I have ever seen.

Can we turn this thread into the all-star chatter? I can't believe they wouldn't have thought of that.

I know that New York has cute women, I just couldn't see many worth looking at in that particular picture.

I was upset there wasn't a homerun derby chatter either, but of course bbtf has been going down on me all week, especially during game chatter time.

Hmmm.... maybe someone with the posting power can make a chatter that will show up in the sidebar?

Come on, somebody here had to be at that game.

I'm in there. 10 rows up from third base-ish, red shirt and sox hat. I'm looking at the camera because I knew.

A gigapan? How about, yer stadium smells bad, the hot dogs are expensive, and the team ain't all that?

Yo, I was at this game with my brothers. But it's not loading, so I can't see myself. Crap.

No cute girls yet. But above the third base dugout is the word "Stadium." Behind the S, about four rows back is a bright red shirt. Next to the red shirt is a guy in a light blue collar.

Is he picking...yes or no?

Between a bearded guy and a guy in a green striped shirt?

I say no.

You won't find cute girls because the picture quality on the close-ups isn't fine enough, so they all look fuzzy. That will tend to make attractive people look unexceptional.

I believe the photo reveals the reason for the unusually pronounced home field advantage this season. The visiting team, Boston in this case, is being forced to play the field without a shortstop or third baseman! Yet the Red Sox still won...

There's some goofy stuff where the frames are stitched together - half people, etc.

Cute brunette, third row, to the left of the Entergy sign. Does Entergy have interests in New York?
