In his defense, cameras are everywhere these days. You just can't beat up pregnant women in private anymore.

What really is the reality in here? There are many reports that say that and then there will be published that there it is not. Anyway, for an issue like this there will always be different side of the stories, isn't it? Just give them family business. A dedicated family business can be either a worthy pursuit, or it can be a despicable failure. As a business owner, you could end up giving an important job to your nephew that you knew darn good and well is under qualified to run a mop. That said, sometimes a family business can pan out. You still have to make good decisions and remember full well that there may be unintended consequences. (As the head of the company, YOU could be the jerk that didn't let someone have time with their wife and kids, SCROOGE.) So, if you're thinking of making your business into a family business by employing relatives for debt relief, take care.
