Of course, if Young could be in the minors, he'd still be with LA.

Ah, I missed him being designated for assignment - I had assume that if he was playing for Albuquerque, he had an option year left.

Looking at that ZIPS Pierre is the better player. He's probably got 30-40 points of on base percentage on Young, along with much better defense and speed. Young is one of those guys that doesn't do anything particularly well, so the only real chance he had for a job is on a team that runs Nyjer Morgan out there on a regular basis.

"Pirates - Acquired Young" is probably not what I'd want to see if it were Delmon.
