Wily Mo Pena Traded to Washington

According to ESPN, Washington acquired outfielder Wily Mo Pena and cash considerations from the Boston Red Sox for a player to be named. This deal reunites Wily Mo with Jim Bowden, who previously traded for Pena while GM of the Reds.

Without a doubt, the trade for Pena must be classified as a failure. As you know, Bronson Arroyo has pitched very well for the Reds.
