Has there ever been a MLB game where the lead-off batters from both teams have hit a home run off the starting pitcher’s first delivery?

Soriano (1st p) & Hanley Ramirez (2nd p) in ‘06. Earlier that season, Ramirez needed just 6 pitches from Eric Milton to bash the 1st & 2nd hr’s of his career. All in about 15 minutes. Didnt homer again for 6 weeks.
