I’m sure he’s charming enough, but he’s total Man U homer (which, as a City fan, is very irritating), and doesn’t really bring much to the table in terms of analysis.

Tommy Smyth is better than Jack Edwards. Since that’s the only other guy who routinely calls games on American TV, I’ll take Smyth. Edwards was the most over-the-top American homer in the 2002 Cup.
