Alright. I’m wrapping up work, and won’t be able to check for a bit. I’ll go ahead and vote, and let things end up where they may. I honestly don’t believe there’s anything more I can do or say as to convince you of my humanity.
I vote to kill HCO, and if I’m wrong I deserve to be eaten by a werewolf.
HCO didn’t vote for Flounder and JGLB did. That’s not damning of HCO by itself, but either JGLB was willing to sacrifice his partner when there were obviously other options available. (And so was I for that matter.)
In the dusk of the setting sun, AG and JGLB team up to kill HCO. Holding his breath in anticipation, and with increasing terror, AG watches HCO’s human body. AG turns to look into JGLB’s all too yellow eyes. Seeing drool starting to form in the corner of JGLB’s mouth, AG realizes he has made a horrible mistake. Tonight, JGLB the werewolf will feast one last time.
Yes, very well played. I don’t want to take Accent’s thunder away, but he had peeked JGLB the first night. So it was a very close thing indeed, had JGLB not chosen to kill him.

Wow, lucky for me. Accent seemed to be playing differently, and that was the only reason I picked him.
Thanks to Smelly for running this, and thanks to Flounder for being willing to sacrifice himself.
Damn it. I didn’t know I’d be incommunicado that much this weekend , otherwise I’d have dropped out. I wasn’t around much, obviously, but yeah, I got fooled.
It helps the wolves a lot to get the seer on Day One.
I wasn’t all that attentive but did study the posts before making calls this game. I’m not sure more studying would have helped me as I suspected quieter players of being lupine. I’d definitely have thought I was a werewolf if I didn’t know better.
The only time I was ever a forum werewolf, Answer Guy was my partner, and I voted to kill him to make us look less like allies. But it was a redundant vote after we already had a majority to kill him. Nowadays players are smarter and that kind of gratuitous piling on would be noticed.

I was thinking about that. It works really well for the wolves to lose a wolf on the first day, and the seer during the night. The only knowledge villagers have to work on is looking for evidence of teamwork on previous votes, and any knowledge the seer might reveal. If the seer gets lynched, he can at least reveal what he knows before he goes down. But dying in the night leaves the villagers blind, and without a partner, the wolf doesn’t even care who dies anymore.
So this is the first game the wolves won that I witnessed. Did the wolves win any previous games? I was beginning to think the wolves are at a severe disadvantage in the online version, and this last game was basically a perfect storm. I’m curious if/how they have won in the past.
