Is there anywhere to find a pitch count log for players?

I’m kind of interested to see how many times Mark Prior and Kerry Wood pitched 110+ pitches in a game.

If you look up a pitcher’s stats on MLB.com, you can find their game log. It has a category called “NP-S,” which gives a pitchers number of pitches thrown and how many of those were strikes. Here’s Kerry Woods’ page for this year:

Unfortunately, I don’t think you can get historical stats in this category.
