Yep.
TLR got away with it, but putting the leadoff man on in front of Fielder was obviously quite a risk.
TLR can't have thought Saito - who had poor location prior - hit Pujols intentionally to load the bases with no outs, and Holliday and Berkman due up.
This has been an ugly game for both teams.

The Cardinals are prone to expressing more grievances than any other team in baseball. My goodness.
