Who's the home plate ump? The Molina walk gives the appearance that he's on the take.

Big out right there.

Carlos Lee deserves a gilded glove for that play.

Punto costs the Cards the lead by diving into first. Nice.

Yeah not smart there, he had a good head of steam.

When this game started, was Houston's WE, like 20%? Just curious, seems you'd want a realistic modeling.

Salas is a point in the unscored match of stats v. scouts for stats. Effective, even when you're not fully sure how (as was true when he was a prospect).

How is Pujols up again? He just hit, like 2 min ago.

Quite the baserunning clinic from Molina this inning.

Compounded by leaving Theriot on base, allowing HIM to get caught stealing.

Years from now, I will force my adolescent children to watch the 2011 Cardinal season to teach them the invaluable lesson that life is filled with boredom, frustration, and stupidity, much of it inflicted on you by forces that are completely out of your control. Maybe I'll let them watch Schindler's List afterwards as a reward for enduring so much suffering.

Boy, one thing's for sure--the Cardinals don't deserve to win the NL wild card.
