Zambrano kind of sucks.

Christ, how many doubles are the Cubs going to squander tonight?

Carlos' act is tired.

I see that the Cubs' recent run of success has come to a screeching halt now that they're actually playing a good team.

Also, Carlos has stopped having good games. He used to be a pitcher who was usually solid and occasionally dominating. Now he's usually solid and occasionally awful.

But I shouldn't complain. At least that Reed Johnson kid is finally getting a shot to show what he can do.

I've been a steady Zambrano defender through the years, but even I will concede that this hot-head #### is only going to be tolerated if he's otherwise pitching like a respectable pitcher. Serving BP in-game doesn't constitute a respectable pitcher.

Also, it's funny that the hits between the teams are even, but it's a seven-run game.

Zambrano has apparently cleared out his locker and has told some teammates he is retiring, according to the AJC.

Not sure what Cub fans should make of that news.
