I'm happy to be greedy.

I would like to win this game as well, please.
   2. Lassus Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:37 PM (#3897478)
I see another comeback is in the offing.

Are F-Mart and Nieuwenhuis still out? I'd rather either of them be out there than Baxter. Also, I really think Duda should be in the outfield every day. He's not going to be starting for the Mets at first base in the futre. Get him major league experience in the positions he has a chance to start at.

Not the greatest of starts to this game.

Thank you, Padres.
   5. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:41 PM (#3897484)
That was a helpful squeeze.
   6. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:44 PM (#3897486)
Is Keith saying Duda should have been able to get back to first on that throw, or that he shouldn't have gone to cut it off?
   7. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:44 PM (#3897487)
Ugh.
   8. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:45 PM (#3897489)
He's saying that he should've been able to be in the cut off spot and backing up that throw at the same time.
   9. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:46 PM (#3897490)
I generally don't disagree with Keith, but that seems like it'd have been awfully hard to do.
   10. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:52 PM (#3897494)
Good swings by Thole in that AB.
   11. Lassus Posted: August 10, 2011 at 11:54 PM (#3897495)
All right, Ruben!

OK Dickey, time to make up for those runs.
   12. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:01 AM (#3897499)
Flashback to recent years.
   13. Lassus Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:01 AM (#3897500)
wtf, everyone
   14. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:02 AM (#3897502)
Back to the usual with the bases loaded.
   15. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:17 AM (#3897510)
Gary: "What time will you get here for a 12:10 start?"

Keith: "I will get here at...honestly?"
   16. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:26 AM (#3897518)
Ruben got all of that, and it barely hit the wall.
   17. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:29 AM (#3897521)
A run!

Angel is hurt now?
   18. Lassus Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:31 AM (#3897523)
Tejada, ouch.
   19. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:32 AM (#3897524)
WTF?
   20. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:43 AM (#3897535)
Always nice to see Wright hitting. Ties the Mets record for total bases.

Back spasms for Pagan.
   21. Zeba Zeba Eata Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:49 AM (#3897538)
That's a crazy good play by Tejada.
   22. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 12:53 AM (#3897540)
At least Tejada can field.
   23. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 01:01 AM (#3897551)
Comeback is starting early tonight.
   24. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 01:45 AM (#3897605)
Make them pay for screwing up the DP...
   25. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 01:47 AM (#3897607)
Ah ####.
   26. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 11, 2011 at 01:56 AM (#3897619)
The Mets don't deserve a comeback in this one. They have not looked good tonight.
   27. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 11, 2011 at 01:59 AM (#3897621)
It seems like once every 4 of 5 games this year, the Mets play like a little league team.
   28. Lassus Posted: August 11, 2011 at 02:03 AM (#3897626)
So, I guess we're just setting ourselves up for an even more dramatic comeback.
   29. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: August 11, 2011 at 02:19 AM (#3897652)
I hate you, Willie Harris.
   30. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 02:20 AM (#3897654)
Tying run up. Unfortunately it's Willie Harris.
   31. AJMcCringleberry Posted: August 11, 2011 at 02:21 AM (#3897655)
Dammit.
