I'm watching this on Extra Innings and I have to wonder (as the Phillies grab a top of the first lead): How would Toronto fans respond if Halladay throws a no-no?

There is a man in the crowd wearing a Tanyon Sturtze jersey. I don't know what's more surprising, that someone owns a Sturtze jersey from his time in Toronto, or that someone's still wearing that jersey in 2011.

Wow, Bautista blasted that baby. He is fun to watch, even if he's on the opposing team.

The best HR hitter in baseball just hit one off the best pitcher in baseball. Bautista is to be respected, as evidenced by what he saw just now and 70 freaking walks on the year.

According to bb-ref, his nickname is Joey Bats. Why is this not being used? I think it's up to us to spread it.

I don't think I've ever seen a manager accidentally rip off a player's jersey as he's trying to restrain him. Maybe Milton Bradley.

nice to see the home crowd show up, even if took until there were 2 outs in the top of the 9th for it to happen.

although they did also give halladay a hell of an ovation when he came out in the 1st inning.
