LOL Omar Infante. He was on second base when Stanton hit a fly ball to Soriano. I guess Infante was running on the play, because he was at third and had rounded the base when Soriano caught it and of course had to run back to second ... problem was, Infante didn't retouch third, instead running through the infield like an 8-year-old who didn't know the rules. Soriano threw back to second before Barney threw back to third for the out.

I guess he'd have been out either way - if he had re-touched third, he probably wouldn't have had time to beat Soriano's throw to second. But it was funny seeing a major leaguer so brazenly flaunt the rules like that.

Although I seem to remember a similar play last year that the Cubs failed to notice...

Who was the guy a few years back who basically ran from 3rd to 1st?
