I'm going to the game tonight, so everyone be sure to keep the chatter going. Now let's sweep these bastards and make these Philly fans regret taking a whole weekend down here!

6 pitches, 3 outs. Eazy-peezy.

I hope Harper takes Hamels deep in his next AB.

UNBEF**KINGLIEVABLE! BRYCE HARPER STEALS HOME.
   5. Dan Posted: May 06, 2012 at 08:20 PM (#4125007)
Haha he ####### stole home after being put on via beaning. Awesome.

And THAT'S why you don't intentionally hit Bryce Harper with a pitch, people.
   7. Dan Posted: May 06, 2012 at 08:21 PM (#4125009)
Zimmermann should bean Hamels in retaliation anyway.

He did bean Hamels. Good on him.

I'm not sure that was necessary nor advisable since Harper took care of it himself by stealing home, and they really don't need to hand a free base runner to the Phillies.

The phillies think theyw can cow you by throwing at your 19 year old phenom, then they deserve every bit of retaliation possible.

Wouldn't it be something if this score holds up as the final, so Harper was the sole offense the Nats got?

Harper stretches a single into a double, makes Phillies infield look silly. Naturally, Davey sends up Nady to hit a weak ground out to end the inning. Wasted opportunity.
