DMB owner needed!
I’m commissioner of a fledgling Diamond-Mind league. We’ve already drafted, and we’re close to starting the 1924 season, our innaugural campaign. It’s a keeper league, and two owners can’t do it after drafting their teams.
The Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburgh Pirates are available. The Phillies have Babe Ruth among others (imagine what the Babe will do in the Baker Bowl! The Pirates have a decent squad too.
Let me know if you are interested, and I’ll send you the rules, etc. . . .
You’ll need to upgrade to Version 9 of Diamond-Mind (due out later this week) for the league as well.

1. John (You Can Call Me Grandma) Murphy Posted: March 16, 2004 at 10:47 PM (#523089)My brother and I are interested in joining (I have a little more time to spend now than when you mentioned it the last time). We've never been in a Diamond Mind league (though I have been in numerous Rotisserie leagues), so I would have to order the disks. Could you send the rules, etc., to me at my e-mail address? Thanks!
The twenties has seemed to me like it must've been a particularly nifty level and style of offense--lots of scoring, but heavier on BIP action than on the home run (but the home run's still there).
Where is it, Joe? You had posted that you were going to give us a little info in a little bit, but you never did.
Ok, I just joined the yahoo thing and will try to go from there.
My copy of version 9 is in the mail (hopefully it comes today or tomorrow).
