Has the scheduling format been set yet? We know teams will play 72 games within their division (18 x 4), and probably 70 games against the rest of their league (7 x 10). That would leave room for 20 interleague games, but apparently there is still discussion about whether there will be four or six games between "traditional rivals" (Chisox-Cubs, Yanks-Mets, Orioles-Nats, Angels-Dodgers, etc.) and whether or not teams would play all five teams in the other league's division. (One of them would probably have to be a four-game, 2h/2a setup; otherwise, you have a 9h/6a or 6h/9a split which messes things up.)

The Phillies will play 21 interleague games in 2013. They played 15 in 2012 and went 5-10 in those games.

The National League East will pair with the American League Central in 2013. In addition to Kansas City, the Chicago White Sox and Cleveland Indians are scheduled to play in Philadelphia.

The Phillies are scheduled to make American League trips to Minnesota, Cleveland and Detroit.

They will also play a four-game home-and-home series vs. the Boston Red Sox with each city hosting two games. Boston serves as the Phillies' "natural rival" in 2013.

If the Phils are playing 21 interleague games, it probably means they will face Cleveland five times (but will the fifth game be at the Cit or Progressive?) Also, I would hope that Philly and Atlanta would switch Boston and Toronto as "natural rivals" in alternate years.
