In a witch hunt you really don't need actual evidence though do you?
September 25, 2012 1 game Joe Mays LB Denver Broncos Hit on Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub
Now ... anybody have any ideas what might qualify under the "just cause" clause? It does specifically state that it's for stuff not covered in the other clauses. But the other clauses cover possession, use, sales and distribution. I'm reasonably sure that ARod is not manufacturing his own stuff so what else is there?

More wild speculation ... there was a media report a while ago that ARod was trying to buy the records to destroy them. That's beyond not admitting use or even lying, that's destruction of evidence. I don't think that's covered ... although it seems in the spirit of the clause on avoiding a test. So an obstruction of baseball justice charge -- it was good enough to get Bonds out of the game, why not ARod?
That Centaur better hope he can float.
Was this the same source that said all these suspensions were coming in April, I mean May, I mean June, I mean immediately after the All-Star break?
