How do you know the deer wasn't responsible for smashing up the car and flipping it over? He was just finishing the job, protecting all the other elderly Hispanic ladies that racist deer would have murdered in the future.
I'm not trained or anything but as I understand it, if there's no fire or immediate danger for the victims, you shouldn't move them for fear of causing further injury such as spinal injuries until the emergency services arrive.
