My son's pitching instructor roomed with Burrell at Miami, too, and pretty much every story I've heard about Pat revolves around him being buck naked.

I still use the Pat the Bat bat-shaped key chain that my son gave me for Father's Day 2001. The bat surface is naked (the last sign of ink disappeared at least 5 years ago).
