A guy who could get on base at a .360-.370 clip at the top of the lineup might be good for 100 steals a year.
Might have something to do with Drew Stubbs' continued de-evolution as a hitter.
As for Stubbs, I wonder if the work to lower his K rate has either (a) screwed up the rest of his swing, (b) if he's thinking so much about not striking out that he isn't thinking about actually hitting the ball solidly or (c) both?
A pitcher named Cy or Grover or Walter?
