Rumors around Houston suggest that whichever of those four looks the best over the next two weeks will get a shot with the fightin’ Astros in September.
I get that all four of those guys have ties to Houston, but I don't see why the Astros would be interested.
Might pushing his HOF eligibility be best for Clemens? The atmosphere around "proven" PED users is toxic right now; perhaps it'll be different in five more years. Maybe the "PED backlog" won't be as big.
