    A big part of Gio's improvement was due to his unwillingness to show any mercy for opposing hurlers. Pitchers were 1 for 53 with 41 Ks and 1 BB against him.

    Gio was awesome this year. I was really happy to see him traded from my AL favorite team to my NL favorite team so I could keep enjoying him.
