I recall reading somewhere that Cone barely got out of bed for two weeks after that game.

I must say I am kinda flabbergasted by this and it's not just the Yanks but other AL teams honoring him too. Was this done for Hoffman? Was it done for Chipper? Was it done for Maddux?
